Be specific: not "my fear" but "my fear of being seen for who I really am." Name it clearly. As the eclipse reaches totality, tear the paper into small pieces. Place them in a fireproof dish and burn them safely, or bury them in earth. Hold your Amethyst and breathe deeply. The Black Obsidian stays under your pillow tonight. Dreams during a lunar eclipse carry messages about what's being cleared. Write them down in the morning.
