This includes the personalized readings, the mini-readings, the Crystal Birth Chart, the Lucky Wallpaper, and every other digital item in our collection. If a reading does not help you reflect and refocus, you are entitled to a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@crystalstones.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the address you used to buy, and tell us which reading it was. You do not need to explain why. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. You keep the file either way.
