What is the chakra test?

The Chakra Test is a 28-question inventory that scores each of the seven Hindu chakras, Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown, for current balance. In Judy Hall's framing, each center has signature stones that traditionally support that energy. Results are for self-reflection, not diagnosis.

From Crystal Cassandra

“Chakras are not switches that turn on and off. They're more like rivers that can run clear, slow, or get blocked by stones. This test helps you notice where your energy may be moving freely, and where it's catching.”

The basics

What Is a Chakra Test?

A chakra test is a self-assessment tool based on yogic tradition that helps you identify which of your seven main energy centers may be blocked, partially open, or flowing freely. Each chakra governs different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, from the Root chakra's connection to safety and stability, to the Crown chakra's link to purpose and transcendence.

Our free chakra test asks 21 carefully crafted questions, three for each chakra, and provides personalized results with crystal recommendations, guided meditations, affirmations, and essential oil suggestions for each energy center.
