You can still use the almanac. Without a birth time, the natal moon-sign is still calculable (the moon stays in one sign for ~2.5 days, so birth date almost always pins the sign without ambiguity), and the lunation calendar is still personalized to your moon-sign. What you lose without a birth time is the personal house overlay, the 'in YOUR 4th house' specificity. The almanac falls back to whole-sign houses anchored from your sun-sign, which is the Hellenistic-tradition default and a standard working method among practicing astrologers. Personal lunar return dates are computed by bisecting the transiting moon's ecliptic longitude to within 0.001° of your natal moon longitude. The almanac is re-readable by design. Each lunation page is self-contained, date, sign, degree, your personal house, Selene's interpretation, an action item, a citation.
