Chaldean Numerology Calculator

Chaldean numerology is the ancient Babylonian system, predating Pythagorean numerology by ~1,000 years. The Chaldeans assigned letter values based on phonetic vibration rather than alphabetic position. Cheiro popularized the Chaldean system in the West in his 1926 book Cheiro's Book of Numbers, and Sanjay B. Jumaani continues the tradition in modern Indian numerology.

Cheiro considered Chaldean more accurate because of its phonetic basis. Modern Western numerology has largely standardized around Pythagorean for accessibility. In practice, many numerologists calculate both and read them together, each system reveals a different angle of the same name.

In the Chaldean tradition, 9 is sacred, it represents the universal, the complete, the Mars-warrior energy at its spiritualized octave. The Chaldeans reserved it as a total only, never assigning it to individual letters. This is the most visible difference from Pythagorean numerology, where I and R both carry the 9-vibration.
